I've just checked in with the team and there was a slight blip that prevented access to most services (but didn't kick anyone offline who was already logged in) including the ability to log in as part of some scheduled maintenance, but everything should be back as normal now.

If you can't access certain things (like the poll module or friends list) then please relog and they should work!

The Jagex Launcher is also available on macOS, so you shouldn't have any issues using it! If you do, there is a support guide here you can use for more info.
