Hey, thanks for flagging this! Thankfully this is just a minor issue and not relating to the delay we're experiencing today. For details and updates on that, be sure to check our official socials. I checked the issue raised here with the team and it looks like this is a message for world hops that just need updating. The player is on World 375, which isn't a League World, so no cause for immediate concern there, but it will be fixed as soon as we're able to. Thank you for raising and helping us to triage this issue!
Hey there. We're sorry for the delay. There was an issue with our hotfix deployment tool, but we're aiming to get Leagues running by ~13:00 GMT, pending final testing (happening now). We are aware of some issues with the Jagex Launcher, such as characters not being visible or the client not opening which we're looking into urgently. We believe this is related to the amount of players trying to log in at once and restarting the Launcher should help resolve this.

Hey! We were hesitant around showing WIP footage of Sailing for a while, as we know that players might worry about whether this is reflective of the final product. As mentioned in the blog, this often results in holding information until it feels perfectly polished and causes less communication with you and transparency. For this reason, we wanted to share a look at Sailing while it is still in Alpha state so that we can keep the community involved during development. We hope that players can appreciate this is still very early on and doesn't visually represent the final product. In fact if you look closely at some of the Unity demo images you can see we have started experimenting with new water textures, so the visual direction of Sailing is still very early.
Just keep at it guys. Hard work takes time and at the absolute worst there are a lot of good things to learn from this development in terms of technical endeavors and also development/alpha-beta methodologies that’ll be great to iron out for the future of the game.
Like, seriously, this blog is a window into some really good Product Management practices with how you approached the closed alpha, shuffled the roadmap based on feedback about perpetual movement, rapidly tested new ideas, etc. awesome work.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We had really hoped to showcase how Sailing is an iterative process with the players and requires close community collaboration to make sure it feels perfect. We want to make sure that player feedback remains a core part of the skill throughout development!

This doesn't look intentional and it appears to be related to a change in our engine which was launched today. At the moment, we're prioritising a fix for another high priority issue (see this post: https://x.com/OldSchoolRS/status/1805997823902515515 ).
As soon as we are able to, we will be investigating this issue and letting you know news on a fix. There are a number of unintentional affects from this week's update. We haven't been able to discuss them all in detail yet. But we will keep you updated on fixes as soon as we have info to share.

Hi, firstly thanks for reporting this. As I mentioned in another thread, this appears to be an issue from a recent engine change we made. The team is in a call right now working out a fix, which may require a game reboot. We will of course let you know as soon as we have more information and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
