You might be able to save yourself some of the later hits as his enrage builts by:
Wait for Devotion to be off cooldown
Debiliate
Wait for Debilitate to end
Warp Time
Devotion
Warp Time restores adren/devotion
Devotion again

u/JagexRamen I've had this happen twice. Once day of release, and once at 20:20:59 game time yesterday. I looked where Kerapac died the 2nd time and I still did not find my clue scroll. Is it a 100% guarantee that it lands where he dies or am i missing something?
It will be fixed with the next update. An error on my part.
It's putting the message out, but then in the drop code it checks if you're on the softcap so then denies the drop

In a solo, you could technically get a staff part on each pile.
If you had Hazlemere's ring, you'd run the chance of getting 6 in a single kill.
I'm hoping this is captured in the QoL fixes, but the special action button you get from the generals when doing slayer is also incredibly hard to see the cooldown (not just the coloring of Kerapac's button).
It'll be part of the same fix

This release reminds me of Mod Chris L's PVM hype and implementation, for those of you who were around back then; might know what im talking about. I hit 110 normal kills yesterday...I havent had this much fun with a new boss in a really long time.
