Dear adventurer, we did more changes to the buildings from the Fellowship Event. We want Quantum Incursion Army Boosts to become a bit more common, however only during events. With our previous change we added the army boost to the Whisperwood Watermill, however you quickly commented, that having this boost on a "printable" (getting more from the league reward for free) building was not a good idea. And we agree. This is why we moved it to another reward, you can't get many of so easily. In addition, we decided to remove the Quantum Units and Goods from permanent buildings, as they are very strong and limit Quantum Coins and Supplies on permanent buildings. As some buildings got their QI boost removed, we increased the other stats for them. But enough with the reasons, here are the changes in detail:

To promote more diverse strategic options, we opted to slightly reduce the amount you receive from opening all chests.

The current Quantum Incursions Championship 3 will run for 5 Seasons instead of 6. In addition, the Championship 4 will also be shortened to 5 Seasons.

This change comes in preparation for a future Quantum Incursions update that aims to adjust the feature balancing within the game economy and reduce the inner competition within Guilds that is currently being driven by the feature setup. We find it crucial to adjust those aspects as quickly as possible in order to contain the potential negative impact.

In addition, we want to return to the old two-Season gap between BETA and LIVE Championship starts to allow us to react to BETA feedback better. As a result, we opted to adjust the duration of the Championship. Due the combination of those reasons and the overall importance of Quantum Incursions for Forge of Empires, we see no scenario that would allow us to maintain the regular duration.

On Wednesday, the 28th of August, around 10:30 CEST, BETA will be undergoing a technical maintenance. We expect a downtime of around 60 minutes. Although we aim to minimize the downtime, it is paramount that the maintenance is fully completed, so it might take longer than expected.
In addition, there will be no daily update on this day.

A brand-new addition to Forge is about to arrive on the BETA server today! From now on, you will be able to join forces with the key historical figures and benefit from their vast knowledge to boost your gameplay. View and manage your Allies in the new off-grid Hall of Legends building and place them into specialized rooms we will gradually make available in selected City buildings to gain valuable bonuses.

Important! This release brings only the first iteration of the feature. We want the Historical Allies to become an integral part of the game, so we are taking things slow and plan to evolve and update the feature in iterations, applying learnings as we go.

Starting from August 19th, you'll notice that Finish Special Productions and Finish All Special Productions items can no longer be applied to:
  • Guild Battlegrounds and Quantum Incursions buildings that produce building Fragments.
It will also remain that the items cannot be applied to:
  • Time-limited buildings;
  • Cultural Settlements buildings on the Ascended Level.
We understand that this change can significantly impact your gameplay, so we want to assure you that this decision did not to us come lightly.

To help you achieve your faster city growth and layout updates we made FSP/FASP items readily available as rewards and as products of certain buildings. Dear Community, We regret to inform you of a significant bug related to the recent introduction of the following buildings:
  • Golden Dragon Gong level 1
  • Golden Dragon Gong level 2
  • Ascended Golden Dragon Gong
  • Earth's Eden
  • Ascended Earth's Eden
This bug prevents players from logging in when a time-limited version decays into a building that requires a road connection, effectively locking out any player in this state.

Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to resolve this issue within the current building system. As a result, we will be rebalancing these buildings by removing the road connection requirement. While this change inherently makes all buildings slightly more powerful, we will be making adjustments to reduce their power accordingly.

Dear Tree-planters,

Thank you so much for your incredible participation in the Care for Tomorrow Event. Your achievements have truly impressed us, surpassing our expectations for the minigame. As we prepare for the live release, we are making a few final tweaks to ensure the best possible experience.

  • The amount of Workers per Rush Quest has been reduced to 80 (from 100)
  • The amount of Workers per Daily Quest has been reduced to 160 (from 170)
  • The total amount of Workers in Milestone Rewards has been reduced to 840 (from 1800)
