Does it change at daily reset every day or does it change at any point of the day?

@TimeKnight Do you leave the game running in the background all the time or do you force close it?
By default Android and iOS just leave apps running in the background unless you force exit them.

Also, do you already have update 4.1 installed? If so, did you re-order your teams?

Did leaving the guild menu, entering PVP/mailbox then going back to Guild Wars Defense tab correct this?

Did you change your team in the “edit team” troop menu?
Or did you create your teams then exit the troop menu and set the defence teams by selecting the banners in the defence tab?

Did you notice any lag/connection issues around this time?

@Yrii yes please send a support contact using the link Actreal gave.

Also please note we don’t support Blue Stacks - you can actually play the same Gems of War account on your mobile and on PC through Steam which would be much easier and prevent any possible issues occurring.

This is a bug we’ve been trying to reproduce but appeared to be a once off glitch.

I’m sorry you’re still having this issue and that other people are too.

It’s definitely worth upgrading to Android 8

Unfortunately, by phone standards the Huawei Mate 7 (MT7 LT10) is already outdated (I know mobile technology moves so fast being an iPhone 4 user myself until recently!), so short of lowering the graphics settings as much as possible, updating your OS and also trying to force close the app and restart it to see if it makes a difference, there’s not much else you can do as the crashing is caused by a memory management issue on the device itself.

@Papa regarding the Motorola G5 Plus I’m going to ask the team about that as it’s a new model.

Unfortunately, this sounds like an issue with your device’s memory management, as you guessed.

We advise playing the game with the graphics settings all the way down and no other apps running in the background. We also suggest ensuring you have the latest OS version installed, so that hopefully the OS is managing your phone’s memory as efficiently as possible.

If you receive any error messages in game, please let us know.
