We are very glad to announce that the New Game + mode will be available for free on October 26th!
In this new mode you will be able to explore the world of Heryon in a completely new way. Your weapons and progressions are saved for a new adventure starting directly on the shores of Inel. Although the overall difficulty of the enemies has been increased, you will be able to activate two modifiers at will during your game:
  • The Mirror World
  • The Big Head mode
We've also scattered numerous steles throughout the open world so you can change the weather to your liking.

Hi everyone !
These last days have been quite busy, to say the least! We've received a lot of feedback about the game, some of them good - and of course some of them bad. So we've been essentially bug shoveling for the last two weeks. And today is the day we’re finally able to push that most sizeable patch.

We realise that Edge of Eternity still needs work, it is a huge game and we're a small studio: for this reason your feedback is an invaluable guidance on where we need to focus our efforts, whether it's here on Steam or elsewhere.

For this, we wanted to thank you, and for the overwhelming support you've shown us too!!

Balancing:
  • Removed drone from Myrna Fight
  • Removed one drone from the event fight in the quest "No country for old master"
  • Removed randomness in armor crafting generation (crafted armors will now always be purple quality and have the same stats displayed)
  • Rebalanced stats distribution on items, will give more accurate stats for the character (will update existing items)
  • Minor difficulty rebalance (easy a bit easier and balanced some fights in hard and nightmare)
  • Triggered spells (like crafting series bonus) won't consume energy anymore

  • Improved loading performances when reloading a map previously visited during the game session

Balancing:
  • Multiple balance modifications to nightmare difficulty

Performances:
  • Fixed some popping issues on NPCs
  • Fixed a bug with the framerate limiter where it was not working properly, the game will now start with a 60 FPS limiter (that can be uncapped increased or decreased)

Polish and improvements:
  • Improved Daryon model and rigging to reduce his hands sizes and improve his hands shape
  • Fixed a blendshipe issue on Daryon that was exaggerating some wrinkles and creating lighting issues sometimes on his face

Because we decided to go for compressed datapacks instead of uncompressed datapacks it was a vote with the community compressed datapacks load a lot faster but generate huge patch size and uncompressed have very small patch size but increased loading time, people voted for huge patch size but fast loading and that's why, with compression methods even a small offset can shuffle all the datas generating the whole game in diff.

Bonjour, malheureusement la couleur du cadre est directement dans l'image et donc non paramétrable, je vais quand même demander à l'auteur si il y à possibilité de faire une version blanche paramétrable.

Well, this is the game we made with our team with all our hearth and our time, the animation team (composed of 3 ppl) did it's best and are really talented but are working with few numbers and limited tools (for example Unity supports only linear transitions for animations limiting automatically animation transition quality, etc...), if it's not enough i suggest getting back to more AAA games, we do not car... Hello, i suggest disabling AMD CAS, it improve a lot the image and we set it on by default but it can be demanding on older GPU, it's a new setting that was not existing before

The cutscenes animations are maybe not AAA level but the game is a lot more than just that i think we offer a lot and even if that's a weakpoint i think the game have a lot to offer beyond that
