Hello everyone,

Due to increasing live server populations, and in anticipation of our Brimstone Sands release, we are preparing to open an additional world in EU Central to accommodate the influx of new and returning players. Below, you will find our roll-out plan as well as an FAQ for any questions you may have.

This is a completely new server with no existing territory ownership. Players will be able to choose whether or not to transfer their existing character or create a new character. Please keep in mind that should you wish to transfer, you will need to use an existing server transfer token on your account or purchase a new one from the Shop page. Normal transfer rules apply.

while I’m glad you had fun (I did too - got 200 fishing on my alt, got that sparkling trophy up in my MD house, and sold a lot of patterns playing the trading post game) but we won’t be extending the double xp event or the Summer Medleyfaire. This just gives you more to look forward to next year, right? :vulcan_salute:

Unfortunately the change didn’t work, so we are bringing the world back up but keeping the tutorial disabled for the time being. C’est la vie, non?

Hello everyone,

Thanks for joining us in the PTR. Earlier we disabled the tutorial as there was an issue with the way it interacted with the backstories (or lack thereof). We are going to restart the EU Central world to revert the change and re-enable the tutorial. Downtime should not be more than 20 minutes to restart and perform a quick test to make sure it’s functioning as intended.

Keep an eye out on this thread for when it’s back up.

Ritual reviews are done on a semi-annual basis. As the request window for Q2 reviews has long passed, the next review opportunity is Q4. Please check back then.

We were able to deploy a few performance fixes in our most recent updates, and are temporarily increasing the population cap on Devaloka.

Note that not all performance changes have made it into the game, including re-instancing wars, so if we notice latency or memory issues, we will revert this increase. I want to reiterate that this increase is a test.

Ahoy-hoy @wibblz - our team is currently and has been testing Instanced Wars. After we pushed the feature live, we saw the issues where multiple wars were causing issues with invites. That… was bad. So we put the wars back on the open world while we continued to test many, many permutations of wars kicking off with instances.

There’s not much more to share right now, other than we are actively working on this, and fixing any issues that come up during our internal tests. Once we are good to re-engage the feature, we will let everyone know. :vulcan_salute:

Hey all, we are working on a dev post on the territory game, which is also touched on in our upcoming dev video. As Lux said above, the video is planned to release later this month and we anticipate the dev blog will be a fast follow.

The restarts should have removed the bug from any stragglers. Do you have the character information so we can confirm this use case? If you reported them in game that’s the best route, but if not then here is fine.

We just made a change that should stop this from happening. I believe the Community Managers posted about it. If you encounter the minor/no damage taken issue again, let us know in this thread. Thanks :vulcan_salute:

Thanks for the video.

Anyone who hit this bug, do you recall which potions used at the end of the expedition run? Trying to get as much repro info for the team working on this.

Thanks for the report, appreciate it, I believe the fix we are testing should cover all the places where this Azoth image was never intended to show up including the caches and baskets.

This is correct - we are working on a fix for the UI issue, but baskets are not intended to provide Azoth

We are actively working on it but the possible fix for the one that was seen in Invasion isn’t verified as far as I’m aware.

There have been partial fixes made that address some but not all possible scenarios where perf can drop. Still and always will be a top priority for us, so keep the reports and info coming. Any details (time you saw the issue, impacted players, RTT and FPS, etc) and video you have is greatly appreciated.
