The downtime on April 5th will prevent further occurrences of players getting into this state. We’re also working diligently on a subsequent patch to grant the items those players lost, when the initial Season 1 - Fellowship and Fire Update was released.

When we have more information, we’ll post it in the Announcements section and disseminate the information throughout the threads that discuss this.

This should be preventing players who haven’t logged on since before the Season 1 update from getting stuck in this state. We have not returned missing gear.

OP, did you enter the game yesterday before this patch: [Downtime] April 5th, 2023?

This should have been fixed in the update that deployed a bit ago… can you try restarting the game? I’m going to send this to the team in the meantime just in case.
