Sorry, I don’t have that information available right now. But, this PTR update does contain a speculative fix for the movement bug so I’d highly encourage any player that normally encounters this bug to give the PTR a try once it’s been updated.

We’ll release the patch notes/downtime in the Official News section when we’re ready to announce it

There will be one additional update for the PTR 2022-02-23T18:30:00Z for game performance fixes. Downtime is expected to last 1.5 hours.

This PTR patch includes a speculative fix for the Movement bug.

I see your pings but I don’t have any new information to share. When we have an update on this, we’ll post it on the Official News section. I’d definitely recommend subscribing to that section by pressing the little bell in that section so you don’t miss any of our announcements.

Everyone who was eligible should have received a transfer token. If not, I would recommend you reach out to our Support team through their website.

I’m sorry but as some of the people mentioned above, we aren’t able to provide additional transfer tokens from the ones that have already been provided. Should that change in the future, you’ll find information in the Official News section but at this time, we don’t have plans to give more.

Sorry for the vague-ish response but the team tries to read all of the feedback that’s submitted. We absolutely love seeing our players’ thoughts and feelings for the mechanics we implement in game and, as you can see from our Gypsum and tuning orb changes, we do hear your feedback so please keep submitting them!

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem that you can subscribe to them but we are around!

From what I understand, all eligible players should have received this token. You may be able to ask Customer Service for a token since they handle all account/character-specific issues/concerns but I’m unsure if they’ll be able to provide one to you.

If your friend has submitted an “Appeal a Ban” ticket, our Game Moderation team will review it. However, the forums are not a place for players to appeal bans, nor can we publicly disclose any information for this case.

We hear you on the availability of Midgard. Our intention is to provide a balanced experience for all players in all of our worlds. Because of this, we will be providing additional server transfer tokens to players on Midgard ONLY who may wish to transfer to a different world with certain conditions outlined below under the Eligibility Requirement.

This will be a one-time issuance; in the future, we will not issue additional tokens due to worlds that are full.

• You must have been active on Midgard between 2022-02-14T08:00:00Z (this includes both recent transfers and players originally on this server) and 2022-02-17T22:00:00Z.
