Can you provide us with more details? Which server are you on, which territory are you seeing this happen on, etc.? It will help our team narrow and track down the issue by giving them a solid starting point where this is known to happen.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for letting us know that this was occurring on El Dorado!

We reset the company territories since this was effectively locking them. However, we ran into an issue when attempting to cancel the associated wars.

The team will continue working on this but if we are unable to resolve the issue in time, we will make any necessary compensation for the health of the server. We will update tomorrow after the team monitors and analyzes the results.
