All of the make-goods went out yesterday for this one. Please reach out to the Customer Support team through their website if you do not receive this make-good and believe you should have received one.

Looks like there was a crash on the server so it automatically went into maintenance mode. I have heard that it should be back up now which (looking at this thread), people are able to get back in.

Thank you for your patience as we deploy the make-good for players who lost the Ring of the Forgers’ Signet from the January Monthly Release.

Players who had logged into the game and had that item equipped between 2022-01-25T15:00:00Z and 2022-01-26T20:00:00Z will receive a make good item based on the power level of their lost ring.

If a player had a legendary version of the item they will receive a new legendary version. The Legendary will be GS 600 and player level locked to 60. The item will be delivered to their inventory in a orange “Community Make-Good Container.”

If they had an Epic they will receive a high powered Epic version of the item that should be GS 600 and player locked to 60. The item will be delivered to their inventory in a purple “Community Make-Good Container.”

We are rolling out the server transfer tokens to everyone with an existing character created before 2022-02-14T23:30:00Z.

One thing to note:

If you had an existing server transfer token, only one will be displayed in the store due to the nature of how these grants appear in the store. However, your account will possess two tokens so once you use one in the store, you will still have an additional token available.

As a reminder, these tokens do not expire so feel free to hang on to it until you are comfortable using it. All eligible players will receive their token in the “World Transfer” section of the store no later than February 22nd.
