Seit dem Erscheinen von New World arbeitet unser Team hart daran, von unseren Spielern gemeldete Probleme zu sammeln, zu untersuchen und zu beheben. Wir wissen, wie wichtig euch das ist, und wir haben uns vorgenommen, euch transparenter und regelmäßiger darüber zu informieren, wie wir Probleme lösen wollen.

Beginnen wollen wir mit einem Update zu den Themen, die unserer Meinung nach die Community derzeit am meisten bewegen.

Interesting but honestly this issue is a bit over my head I’m letting the devs figure this one out.

We’ve tried a fix for this yesterday but doesn’t look like it’s been working. It’s top priority for the team right now.

We’ve passed this up to the devs but unfortunately I don’t have any further information on this than that it’s been acknowledged.

I know this is something that the developers are aware hasn’t been turned back on but I don’t have an update, sorry.

At this time, we do not have plans for any paid server transfer tokens but it may be a possibility in the future. We are still addressing issues where players are unable to utilize their first server transfer token but stay tuned to the Official News section in case we have any announcements about server transfers.

We will be extending this downtime another hour (~60 minutes) to assess the changes now that they are present in live worlds.

We will be holding downtime 2021-11-21T18:00:00Z (in your local timezone) in certain worlds in US-West to address the time skews that the worlds have been experiencing.

Downtime is expected to be approximately 2 hours long (~120 minutes). We will be watching these worlds closely to ensure that the changes address the issue as expected.
