The issue involving Floating Rings for Floating Ring Challenges not being visible on some platforms with lower settings will be resolved in our next game update.

If you're still having difficulty seeing the Rings at that point, please let me know.

UPDATE:

The "Use a Whirlpool at The Fortilla" Aquaman Challenge has been autocompleted for all players.

Also, due to reported issues, the new weekly Challenge "Collect Floating Rings at Steamy Stacks" has been replaced by the "Search Ammo Boxes at The Fortilla" Challenge.

This is related to an issue that can sometimes occur involving the XP bar being visually incorrect in a match. This can cause players to appear to level up.

In these instances, you can reference the XP bar in the Lobby for an accurate display.

This isn't related to water but instead The Authority. Supply Drops at The Authority may at times not open after players search them, which is an issue we're investigating.

As a workaround, you can still open these Supply Drops by shooting the attached balloon.

Thank you for your post. The Sail Shark Glider having a yellow coloration/texture on certain mobile devices will be resolved in a future game update.

And about the other issue you mention, we're looking into difficulties players may be experiencing with the bug reporting screenshot tool.

We're aware of this issue and are investigating. We've put up a Trello card for this here.

This happens if the Ocean's Bottomless Chug Jug is recharging and was dropped by another player.
