Hey there,

Do you mind explaining what happened during this? I see the title says it was caused by Krampus, do you have any additional information to provide? I also heard that teleporters may have been the culprit. Any additional information you can provide will be extremely helpful.

Thanks for taking the time to write this up! I'll shoot this over to the Hero Team to review and keep in mind when making these changes.

I wouldn't expect this to be done before the Hero Loadout, however. We're likely to make all Heroes eligible for reset once this feature launches. This was mentioned a while back in our Item Reset Design Chat.

This is definitely an old piece of concept art. I absolutely love these.

A similar piece of concept was used when Fortnite STW was promoted in Gameinformer.

Hey everyone!

We're aware that players are seeing some abnormalities with their Collection Book and Collection Book experience.

Players impacted by this will get that experience debt back once this fix is pushed live. There is an issue where some players may not have all of the collection book pages after the patch. Your items are still slotted but they aren't being calculated into the collection book xp. Once the players have the pages via the fix, the experience will be properly calculated.

We're still working to get it fixed and don't have an ETA on when the fix will be live.. but we're working diligently to get it resolved.

Also can someone clarify better what happened? I have everyone of those Heroes (minus the Mythic) slotted and leveled, did the Hero card was removed hence the EXP loss or just the EXP associated with the Hero?

1) Wiped Plankerton Base

There are few ways you can do this:

  1. Navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs.
  2. Send me the text file that is time stamped for when you closed your client. (FortniteGame text file)
  • Send them to me via dropbox (send to my DMs)
  • Send them to me via google drive link (Send to my DMs)
  • Send them to me over Discord (Magyst#8046)

It would be a great help if anyone impacted by this send me the client logs by following the above steps.

I get the same problem on multiple computers and different locations (so it's not my internet Epic). It's account specific for us, and has something to do with inventory.

Hope this helps for anyone else getting stuck. It's really a pain and every patch I cross my fingers it will be fixed, but haven't been that lucky.

We all know that the Holidays are tough on a lot of people with balancing work and family. It was completely acceptable to take your time getting back in the swing of things right after you and your teams return. So the community has been relatively tame in asking for a roadmap.

As of the time of writing, it has been exactly 11 weeks (Nov 9) since the last roadmap. We all would just like to know what is coming up for Save The World. So if you wouldn't mind just dedicating a little time into determining effort levels, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! I know everyone has been asking for an updated Roadmap and I'm working on bringing out more communication beats such as that. However, there are features in development that don't have a concrete release date which makes it harder to create things like roadmaps and dev updates. This could be due to bugs, feature changes, things we've uncovered in testing, etc.

We did a huge roadmap post a while back and, for unseen reasons, some of those features took longer than expected to release. We don't want to set expectations for everyone.. and then fail to deliver. It's not something we were happy with doing and we want to do right by the community by providing accurate information and then delivering on those dates.
