New ETA for maintenance to start is 11:30am pdt. today.

On top of our NA server maintenance today, we will also be applying a hotfix update to address the following:

• Fixed an issue where servers would crash
• Fixed sonar pinging issue

Servers will be down for the hotfix in about 1~2hrs.

Regarding the sonar beeps, it appears to be connected to reactive armor. If you do not spawn your sunderer with reactive armor your sunderer will not emit the sonar beep. You can see under a player's sunderer if the bug is present as the sonar fx also shows under sunderers with reactive armor equipped. We are working on a hotfix to address this.

We are actively investigating the disconnections happening on these servers. As soon as we have an update on the matter, we'll share it here and on X.

Connery, Emerald, Jaeger, and Genudine (PS4) will be down for server maintenance on Thursday, 10/3 @ 9AM PDT. / 6PM CEST. We anticipate downtime up to two hours.

My NSO char doesn't have the event quest so i can't start doing the event directive. All my vanu chars have the quest. So what happened to their promise of manually triggering an alert until they can sort out the problem? We have been stuck on Esamir on Miller server for most of the week and the majority of last weekend. How difficult can it be for someone to log in oncce every few hours during prime time to trigger the alert?"

They have been triggered each day. We are looking into a server restart during our next update for Nanite of The Living Dead, this may address the issue momentarily as we continue to investigate the cause of the issue.

At minimum please report the Empire Strength numbers per faction at the time of the incident. This helps us with triggering correct alerts. We are still investigating this issue and will have an update as soon as one becomes available.

We are actively investigating the situation around Esamir not triggering alerts on Miller. As we manually trigger the alerts Monday - Friday, we will post further updates on this situation as soon as a resolution becomes available. After conducting extensive investigation into cert reimbursement issues prior to the Sunderer rework patch, due to technical limitations with the previous update, we found that reimbursing certs to everyone is not possible. Therefore, in our upcoming October update, we will be activating a week-long 4X EXP event.
