We are working on patches and actually making improvements without server downtimes to various issues.
The team has been working around the clock to address issues that have come up throughout launch week. We will continue to work hard to improve servers, bugs, address any exploits, and improve the quality of the gameplay experience folks are having with us.
I understand that majority of folks want to see a substantial increase to the server capacity. While we continue to work on server capacity we will also pursue all other available improvements to the situation.
Hey folks, I definitely understand the frustration of just wanting to play with your friends. I apologize for the issues you’ve been experiencing with server queues. The team is working around the clock to make improvements.
We do currently have servers that are very hard to get into and ones that are easier to log into. I believe the data I saw last week was that 40% of servers had no wait times. As we look ahead to character transfers, it is a great opportunity to coordinate with your friends and Company mates on migrating to a new server as players spread out across all servers.
We are working with the team to get a full FAQ for character transfers and as soon as we have all the details we anticipate folks will want to know we’ll share that full list. Appreciate your patience, totally understand this info is critical.

I completely understand the concerns and frustrations voiced in this discussion. Getting everyone playing New World with their friends on a long term server is our top concern. We have been working around the clock to improve in a few ways.
Since launch, we have been rolling out additional servers around the globe. We have been testing server capacity increases while ensuring gameplay quality. And we are going to work with the community on character transfer to help get everyone distributed throughout all the servers available. We don’t expect to get this all perfect in one stroke, so we’ll continue to work with you, our community, to make sure everyone is satisfied.
We are aware that players are having issues with queues and the login process, the team is working hard to address these issues and improve your ability to login and play quickly.

Not sure what you are referring to but we do not have any special servers or account functionality for streamers or anyone else.
We are currently restarting the Fae server and it may be down for 10 minutes.

You aren’t able to change your forum name after it is created. Staff can change it for you if you want but I recommend requesting a couple days after launch as we will be very focused on launch activities.
We have identified an issue associated with our Twitch integration functionality, while we investigate and address this issue we have disabled (grayed out) the Twitch functionality.
