base crit from slayer can't be increased correct? If so then it's bugged
It can be increased by everything that normally applies to crit chance, except for local modifiers to crit chance on the weapon itself.
Is something up with life regen? It seemed to give more in 3.6, but since the change to 3.7, I appear to be getting less regen by several hundred, and have less % despite more regen nodes than yesterday.

Unfortunately these will not be properly supported by Path of Building, as the algorithms they use to modify the passive tree will not be publicly available.
I'm assuming this includes the specific case of jewels that someone has already socketed into a slot, and is importing the character for into PoB.
Is this an API limitation, or just something that isn't currently handled by PoB?
(I ask because I'll be collecting the data on exactly how each jewel I get affects my tree: it would be really convenient if the information for what nodes are actively being changed by a socketed jewel, and to what, would be available via the character passive tree API.)
I'm not sure if that information will be available when importing characters, but I suspect it may be the case. As for how I would handle it from there, I don't know.

Q1: Is there any plans to adding special option to manually write stats affecting our chars? Currently we have to add custom stats to our flask / gear / jewels which can mess up build planning. It would be great if we have place like current "notes" in which we would write custom stats.
Q2: Are there any plans on implementing tagging nodes on tree without creating path on tree to them? It would be easier to theory craft like that.
Of course, I'm not asking about implementing them now, but in future.
Both are features that I'd like to implement someday, but given how short I am on free time these days you might be waiting a while.
I've always wondered, how do proxy settings work in POB? I've never actually been able to get it to work. Regardless of whether or not I specify a DNS name, IP address, http:// followed by IP or name, does POB not accept input of a port even denoting a port like ipaddr:portnumber i still have no luck at least with POB, even though it works with things like Teamviewer, apt-get, and git.
The proxy option just gets passed into curl pretty much as-is; as far as I know, just entering ipaddr:port into the address field (with the correct proxy type selected) should work, but it's been a while since I set it up.
Everyone who loves the fantasy of being a good captain america would love to know whether discus thrower might be a build enabling passive to hunt for... Any hints? :)

Regarding the stats and information not publicly available but available to you. Would GGG possibly be open to you including those in a release that will only go live after league start?
That way you would be able to finish everything beforehand and just need to hit the release button once league starts, and no proprietary information is exposed to the public in advance.
I'm rather opposed to doing so, as it wouldn't be fair to other tool developers. Also, I won't necessarily have time to implement it all before the patch is live anyway.

Probably a dumb question but how I do enable Slayer's 20% culling strike? Or is it enable by default? The wordings are in red and there was no changes in dps.
That isn't supported at the moment.

For some new mods etc. that might not be implemented yet. Do you like pull requests or would you prefer implementing them yourself? Last time I did some simple stuff like removing the crit cap, but I might be able to do some more stuff this time if I find the time.
Pull requests are nice, but I tend to have trouble finding time to get through them (especially around releases).
With more impale nodes on the passive board is POB support for the mechanic in the pipeline?

OpenARL, are you able to ask GGG about the passive node "Discus Thrower", which was mentioned in the patch notes but doesn't actually seem to have been implemented into the passive tree?
Well, I kinda am GGG, so I could check myself, but I wouldn't worry too much about it as the patch notes tend not to be 100% accurate with the passive tree changes.
