We updated the Open beta once with these changes below. The reason we have Open betas is for two reasons, one of them is for us to find issues that we can fix for the release of a patch, and the second is to give modders a heads-up and time to update to the latest patch! Hope this information helps!

Hotfix Information We have seen a spike in crashes when playing with certain mods since the January patch 1.12.8. This hotfix addresses the issue in code.

However, the root cause is found in script, and some less severe errors will still result from it. Modders will need to update their scripting to fully resolve the issue.

Greetings all!

As I indicated[forum.paradoxplaza.com] a few weeks ago with the launch of the open beta for 1.12.6, the Hoi4 War Effort initiative is well underway. To recap, this will take the form of a consistent series of monthly updates containing smaller content additions, bugfixes, and quality of life improvements, primarily targeting nations that have older (perhaps outdated) content.
