Tomorrow we'll be updating Battlefield V to address some issues introduced in the 7.0 Update.
This is a small patch focused solely on resolving these issues, and delivering a handful of new cosmetics that missed our last Update Sprint. We'll be releasing this update at the times detailed at the foot of the post, and we'll have no downtime during this maintenance. We're in the process of pushing an update here that will correct the bundle so that the proper items are delivered. If you already purchased the bundle, we are looking to retroactively award you with the correct item. The incorrect item won't be removed from your accounts.

This is last weeks cancelled mission, reactivated for 24 hours. Tomorrow, the new mission will start, and new missions will continue to run Thursday - Thursday as normal from that point.
We were able to complete our repair work earlier than expected following discovery of the issue last week and so given the option, we elected to activate the remainder of the mission today in case folks want a chance to earn a few extra coins or swing for the Boins
Hey u/Braddock512 and u/PartWelsh this has been happening for the last several days on PC, and multiple people have been saying it has been happening to them. This is concerning as while they haven't been saying anything very vulgar, they could type anything and get us falsely reported.

I don’t think they permanently removed the UK from these maps. I think the Allied factions are on a rotation. Sometimes it’s UK, other times it’s US.
We set up 2 new Conquest playlists that support this but needed to revert them whilst we fixed some localisation issues and string text display problems.
In its place, we put the original CQ rotation which still has commands to execute the old setups - we'll update it to fix it next week.

Outpost is so cool. This is my favorite “newer” mode battlefield has introduced
I'm a huge fan of it too. I genuinely believe it has a place in all of Battlefield, and I'm personally (as a fan) in favor of seeing it further blended into Conquest (e.g. on a 5 flag setup, have that key anchor flag as an outpost?)
I'm a terrible game designer (meaning, totally not a game designer) so never listen to my ideas. Every game would be full of Space Ships and Cats otherwise.
Are there any plans to port frontlines to the newer maps and add them to the playlist?

Ever since the previous update something is acting up with gunfire sound. When reproducing shots from other players, the game often repeats the sequence of gunfire sound with a delay, like an unnatural echo that doesn't suite the environment at all. It seems to mostly affect semi-automatic weapons, sidearms included.

Amazing as it could be, this is unlikely to happen. I appreciate that taking an existing map like Provence and turning it into a bigger experience feels like a faster or easier solution than building new maps but it’s still a huge amount of work that multiple people have to work on. Provence was the right decision for adding more to but it’s not necessarily the easiest decision either. Hopefully it helps to have that context so that it helps to set the correct expectation for you.
