It 100% something we want to do soon, internally we are really excited to develop that region more as well. We also want to make a more herioc/good champion from that region since so far we only have Qiyana who is more villainous

It has not no. In fact we might be introduced to the new mage in the story a little bit before we release her ;)

How would you guys classify Gwen, is she pure human or humanoid like Lilia? In game she looks pure human but in lore she's not, how do you classify a champ like that?

It's the same before and after. Historically VUs have never moved the needle on engagement. She has just always been extremely popular
Her specs were already good enough. Her player base ranges from low to high, which is why her WR has flattening.
Low skill/experience players won't give up on using her because she's cute.
Pushing up the means would break the median for high skill players.
Yeah so far we aren't planning on buffing her based on what we are currently seeing. We will continue to monitor of course

i will give a small update on Udyr in the roadmap, most will be saved for the Devblog later this year though

Shortly to me is within weeks not months. The thing with devblogs is after I write them they have to be localized for every region. Then publishing has to find a day where it can be tier 1 in the client, since if it isn't it doesn't really get seen by many players. I don't always know how long after I write it that will happen, so I just say shortly.

as for her power level after the hotfix, she is now looking on track so far with what we predicted her WR would be. Her WR seems to be flattening out before we expected, so we are going to continue to monitor and if needed put a small buff in the next patch, if needed of course.

It's cool if some abilities are reused but are they truly adding something new to learn to play & play against?
I mean that's the goal, and any champion we ship we feel is going to do so
