So many times I would get rooted in a chaotic teamfight and have no idea how it happened. This should definitely help that almost invisible root happen less...
I'm really glad y'all like the root indicators! We discussed for a while if the trap indicators were necessary, and I'm glad we went through with them.
(I only got to work on base jinx's update, so I can only really speak about that, sorry!)
Thanks for listening to our complains about Atlantean ! Now if you could change her orbs levitating around her so it can reflect her q it would be perfect, right now it looks like tiny bubbles and it's not really clear. Sometimes it even disappears.

Justicar is litteraly perfect now. It's hard to believe this is a 2012 skin, they could release it now with a different recall and i'd buy it.

About her base skin...
- The cracked terrain is now more evident, it's definetly an improvement but I'll miss it staying a couple of seconds and having it on W; if it's something you're not allowed to do, i'll be very happy with what we got anyway. I can see those reds and i'm already relieved!
- I can't stop looking at those Dark Spheres without having 8 years of Syndra flashing in front of me hahaha. The pre max Q is improved in my eyes, with a less imposing purple and a better looking "inside". I guess we don't have any chance of getting any closer to her OG Dark Spheres in terms of colors proportions?

I think it makes multiple spheres stuns prettier, mainly the RE combo

I'd like to start from Justicar. What you did there far surpassed anything i'd ever expected. The skin was already beautiful, but you made it wonderful.
- The only thing that in my opinion should be done is to match the looks of the Spheres around Syndra and the spawned ones. As of now, pre max R, the Spheres around Syndra look like her live base skin Spheres with golden edges, which look amazing but don't really match Justicar's fantasy itself. Could they be made to match the spawned ones as they already do post max Q and R?

Could all her skins get the drag effect when you push a sphere with E? Idk how hard it would be to copy one into the other, I don't wanna ask for too much.
What do you mean by drag effect?
Seeing the comparison, I actually really miss:
- The cracked ground from her Q and W. Side by side, they add so much more impact than not having the cracks.
- The darkness of Base Syndra's spheres. They look too dull and faded (low contrast, low saturation). Side by side the base spheres seem so much more powerful and intimidating than the new version. As a former Syndra main I don't feel too fond towards the new base sphere design. They shouldn't just look better at level 5 and too faded before then.

When people asked for the effects to be less bright, the cracks on Base became less visible and I really liked them! It looks like glass breaking and I love them. I think the shockwave that appers after the sphere is casted covers them up a lot, so maybe you could make the crack last a bit longer. Also a bug: Justicar Syndra still uses the old taunt VFX (the three cracks)

I think that you're gonna hate me for that huge wall of text, and i would understand why. However, please do not misunderstand me: i sincerely believe your VFX skills are amazing and some of the best i've seen in League, this is just a Syndra thing.Some of us have a special place for Syndra in League: her VFX, SFX, lore. A piece of us would break if any of those things would feel like Syndra no more...

Can justicar keep her swirls when she ults? the skin is fantastic now but I rly liked that feature.

Hello u/RiotSirhaian, you're doing an outstanding job so far. However, please do consider accomodating our desires as we accomodate your restrictions. We all love her current VFX, and while we understand and share the idea of updating them, the thing we fear the most is eventually missing the old ones. This update will be definitive, we won't ever have another chance...
I beg you to plan some tweaks to your already incredible job to be closer to her original VFX colors while avoiding those you can't use and staying faithful to the current clarity standards. Allow us to discuss this further together, thanks :)

My favourite part of Syndra's passive (on the base skin, which is admittedly the only one I use) is the reddish purple that gets heavily mixed in to her abilities when they're ascended. This updated link is definitely an improvement over the first, but I'd like to see the red be more intense.
As is, it looks both less satisfying and harder to tell when an ability is maxed.
We intentionally steered away from the color red to avoid potentially mistaking ally and enemy versions.

Definitely not unpaid! They're done when I have some time in-between projects or in-between meetings, stuff like that. :)
