Engraving chests and skin chests are very different kinds of items, despite both being “chests” and function differently. Engraving chests will be updated with Artist engravings, skin chests will not.
Unfortunately because the Witcher was part of a specific event period contracted with CDPR, we can’t bring those back currently or without discussion or renegotiation, so for the time being those specific skins are no longer attainable.

I understand you want more of an update and additional insight on this, but unfortunately I don’t have anything more to share at this time other than what has already been mentioned previously, which is that it is under development exploration. It’s not a generic response, it’s just the reality of the current status of the situation. When progress is made, I will be sure to share that as soon as I can.

As some others mentioned, since this is a later anniversary skin it won’t come until the rest of that batch of skins are released. But the release skin for the launch of the class will come out with it, so there’s that to look forward to!
Unfortunately because some of the emotes were made by Korean players/artists, we don’t have the licenses to use all of them in our region at the moment. This is why certain emotes are missing at the moment.
There haven’t been any decisions made that are ready to be shared with players. We’ll let you know if any plans for new systems such as these come through.

There are still some ongoing discussions around the CAPTCHA system and testing, about its effectiveness and the ton of valuable feedback we got from players during that test as well. All of these pieces are still being considered when it comes to what next steps with the system might look like if they are taken – so that’s the current status of the project.
