Hey there – free Punika Powerpasses are only available as a part of specific events for limited windows of time. If you received an event power pass that long ago, it would have expired. But as you mentioned you were having issues with it at the time, I’ll move your thread to the support section of the forums to see if you can get some additional assistance.

I would open this ticket again, as CS has been given an updated directive on how to handle this. Sorry about the bump in the road!

Hey everyone! Just got a message about the change on these already opened/received boxes from roster bound to character bound – it’s correct that this wasn’t intended. Please put in a ticket with Customer Support if you run into this, and they will be able to swap your boxes back to Roster bound no problem!

This is correct, which is why I also mentioned the path to report through CS.

Thanks for letting me know about the typo – I made a simple mistake and left out “CTRL” in this message. I have updated it accordingly. Doesn’t mean I don’t play the game, just means I forgot to include a word. It happens. With the simple fix, now you have two different paths available to you to report those rule breaking players you’re running into. Cheers!

If you see someone in-game breaking the rules, please use CTRL + right click and report them, or send in a report through our support portal so that our CS team can investigate and action against them.

Yes, you can hang on to this! My understanding is that it should automatically update to include Artist engravings when she is released.

While we don’t have our next set of merges planned yet it’s definitely been kept in mind, and region merges are something that has been under exploration by the team so hopefully it is possible in the future.

Locking this discussion because it’s gone a bit off the rails. Third party DPS meters are against the terms of service both here and for the game in Korea; it’s something Gold River has explicitly spoken out against. For OP’s to note, using one (or your friend using one) is 100% a bannable offense, and many third party programs can be detected, so I would be wary about continuing to break the rules in-game as you may lose your account over this.
