Known Issue:
Please be aware that if you are using a free Powerpass to boost a character on your Roster to an item level that is higher than the item level of other characters on your roster, an incorrect message will be shown asking if you want to purchase the Powerpass. Upon clicking “OK”, the free Powerpass will be consumed and you will not be charged. At this time, using a free Powerpass to increase your account’s highest character item level will also cause the following restrictions to be placed on the account for the following 72 hours:

• Cannot receive Gold billing mail
• Cannot send mail with gold attached
• Cannot send mail with items attached
• Cannot send currency during 1:1 trade
• Cannot offer items during 1:1 trade
• Cannot purchase or register items on the market.
• Cannot purchase, bid, or register items on the Auction House
• Cannot participate in a loot auction
• Cannot purchase Cryst...

At this point in time it will remain in place

September 7th, actually! We’ll have a full announcement with details later this week.

Pheons have been a hot topic among players for some time, and the topic always generates a lot of back and forth conversation. The Pheon system is used across all regions for Lost Ark, so I don’t know that changing the system will be on the table, but this feedback (from all sides) has been collected and passed on as always. We have also suggested more reward opportunities for players to earn them in-game.

If the Powerpass-ed character does not become your highest item level character on your roster, you don’t have to wait at all, so I am guessing this won’t be an issue for you. If you had a brand new account and bought, say, a Punika Powerpass, then you would have to wait 3 days.

When did you disconnect? It can take up to 24 hours for a ticket to be re-delivered to your mailbox, as the process is not instant.

This thread has derailed a bit, but Fever Time is not a permanent weekend event; it happens as an occasional celebration or to lighten things up after going a bit sideways. When the next Fever Time is scheduled, we’ll let players know!
