Following the August Update, the Captcha system for Lost Ark was unintentionally released into the live game, causing player confusion and frustration. This Captcha system is being worked on internally as a possible mitigation for fighting back against bots and improving the game experience for real players. As it is not feature complete, it was not intended for release on live servers at this time.

The release of this system did cause a small number of temporary suspensions for players that were unable to complete the Captchas. If you received a suspension due to the Captcha system please reach out to our Customer Support team and all penalties will be removed from your account.

The Captcha system is now turned off, and players will no longer see it in the live game. We apologize for any inconvenience that this feature may have caused. As we continue to develop the system, we will be sure to share more details about its possible implementation with players in the futu...

This Captcha system is still in development and is not yet feature complete, so it was not intended for a live release by any means. It was an unfortunate mistake that players had to experience it as such today :confused:

While we will be turning the Captcha off as it was not intended to be set live with this patch, I can confirm it will not appear in the middle of raid or dungeon content. It has been built to only appear in certain instances in-game.

Gold from this event and powerpasses have anti-fraud measures in place. It’s a balance. While some botters may turn their attention here, they are already in the game. These are great rewards for legitimate players, who are already sometimes negatively affected by the actions taken against the bots, and we would like to give players the extra opportunity to earn gold in a fun way and make sure powerpasses are still accessible.

Greetings adventurers,

This morning when the August Update went live, the Shiba Inu Pet Selection Chest in the in-game store was incorrectly priced at 2,400 Royal Crystals instead of 1,300 Royal Crystals. To prevent players from spending extra Royal Crystals on this item, we will be temporarily removing it from the store until the price can be adjusted. For those that have already purchased the Shiba Inu Pet Selection Chest at the previous price point, we will be offering refunds for the Royal Crystals that have been spent.

We will provide updates when this item becomes available at the correct price and when we have a status update to share on refunds. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

August was a light month, sure, but Kakul-Saydon will be here next month. It’s not been delayed. I know it’s easy to look at KR servers and feel like things are in a drought, but the game came out in 2019 in that region. We’ve been out here for 6 months vs their nearly 3 years – we will catch up, but it will take time. And when we do catch up, content updates won’t be nearly as frequent as they will have to be fully developed from zero to complete before they can be released. Enjoy the steady monthly cadence of releases now, and look forward to the future.

Si usas un pase de poder gratuito para potenciar un personaje de tu elenco hasta un nivel de objeto mayor que los otros personajes de tu elenco, aparecerá un mensaje preguntando si quieres comprar el pase de poder. Si seleccionas “OK”, se consumirá el pase de poder y no se te cobrará nada. Por el momento, al usar un pase de poder gratuito para subir el nivel de objeto del personaje con el nivel más alto de tu cuenta, también causará las siguientes restricciones en tu cuenta durante 72 horas:

  • Recibir mensajes con oro.
  • Enviar mensajes con oro.
  • Enviar mensajes con objetos.
  • Enviar monedas en intercambios individuales.
  • Ofrecer objetos en intercambios individuales.
  • Comprar y registrar objetos en el mercado.
  • Comprar, pujar por y registrar objetos en la casa de subastas
  • Participar en subastas de botines.
  • Comprar cristales.

Veuillez noter que si vous utilisez une croissance express gratuite pour faire passer un personnage de votre expédition à un niveau d’objet supérieur à celui des autres personnages de votre expédition, un message incorrect s’affichera vous demandant si vous souhaitez acheter la croissance express. En cliquant sur « OK », la croissance express gratuite sera utilisée et vous ne serez pas facturé. Pour le moment, l’utilisation d’une croissance express gratuite pour augmenter le niveau d’objet de votre personnage le plus élevé de votre expédition entraînera également les restrictions suivantes pendant les prochaines 72 heures :

  • Impossibilité de recevoir un courrier de facturation pour de l’or.
  • Impossibilité d’envoyer un courrier avec de l’or joint.
  • Impossibilité d’envoyer un courrier avec des objets joints.

Wenn ihr einen kostenlosen Powerpass benutzt, um einen Charakter in eurem Kader auf eine Gegenstandsstufe zu bringen die höher ist, als die von anderen Charakteren in eurem Kader, wird euch eine falsche Meldung angezeigt. In der werdet ihr gefragt, ob ihr den Powerpass kaufen wollt. Wenn ihr dann auf " OK" klickt, wird aber der kostenlose Powerpass verbraucht und euch werden keine Kosten berechnet.
