If you are selling an item in-game using the Auction House as intended and did not participate in RMT yourself, you will be a-ok.

If you are using the Auction House to sell items for egregious gold prices that do not make sense to gold sellers (aka, you are using the Auction House to buy gold through RMT) you will not be ok.

Forum staff does not have the tools to look into player accounts, bans, or appeal tickets. Please use the Appeal a ban - Support | Amazon Games portal to be put into contact with someone that can investigate your account.

wir haben in letzter Zeit immer häufiger von Spielern gehört, dass sie sich Sorgen über falsche Spielsperren machen und möchten euch deshalb ein paar Infos über die aktuelle Situation in Sachen RMT-Strafen und -Sperren geben.

Zunächst, wir wissen, dass sich einige von euch Sorgen machen, dass sie eine RMT-Suspendierung durch das In-Game System bekommen könnten, wenn die Person, mit der sie interagieren, zuvor RMT-Gold gekauft hat. Wir möchten euch versichern, dass ihr In-Game-Systeme wie das Auktionshaus oder den Marktplatz nach wie vor, ohne Probleme nutzen könnt. We’ve seen an increase of players concerned about incorrect game suspensions and wanted to provide some information on the current situation with RMT related penalties and suspensions.

First, we have seen concern surrounding the possibility of catching an RMT suspension through in-game systems if the individual you are interacting with has previously purchased RMT gold. We want to reassure players that they can safely use in-game systems such as the Auction House or Marketplace as intended. However, we encourage users to take an active role in keeping their accounts safe. If you haven’t, you can set up Two-Factor Authentication through Steam, and make sure to never accept mailed gold from users that you don’t know or trust.

When it comes to RMT related penalties, the length of these penalties are based on the severity of the RMT that took place. While these currently appear permanent in the game’s UI, you can reach out to our Customer Support tea...

No, you will not be banned for selling an item on the Auction House.

The CS agent is encouraging players to take an active role in account safety be wary about receiving gold from sources they do not know; we have always cautioned against receiving gold from random users or mail, and this is still good practice, especially if a suspicious account is sending you an amount of gold that does not make sense.

The second quote suggests that if you are only using in-game systems to sell to (ie, receive gold from) confirmed RMT sources, it is something that will be investigated. If you are using the Auction House regularly, this should never occur.

Neither of these quotes state that regular gameplay or intended use of these systems is bannable, and neither of these quotes say you are guaranteed a ban at any point.

I cannot share specific user or account information, but I would be wary of some of the claims you read online.

The way to not be banned for RMT is to not RMT, which is extremely clear. We are not going to be overly specific and provide run-throughs of with RMT related scenarios or suspension conditions that goldsellers can pick apart to try and get around being penalized.

You will not be banned for participating in RMT if you are not participating in RMT; you will not be banned for using an in-game system such as the Auction house if you are using it as intended.

It is safe to use the Auction House. You will not be banned for using in-game systems as intended.

Bussing is still allowed, although we do encourage users to proceed with caution (ie, not accepting tons and tons of gold that doesn’t make sense from low level accounts or characters with suspicious usernames, if that situation somehow arises). You will not be banned if you are planning the game as intended and are not participating in RMT.

I have removed links to the referenced user for their protection and I cannot delve into sharing specific user information here, but the situation was investigated and the cause for concern that “2300 gold received from a bus could get you suspended” is not something that occurred.

alle Lost Ark Server und Regionen werden am Mittwoch, den 10. August um 9:00 Uhr für unser wöchentliches Update offline gehen. Die Wartungspause wird schätzungsweise bis zu 4 Stunden dauern und folgende Änderungen beinhalten:

• Es wurde ein Problem behoben, durch das Sperrsymbole auf nicht gesperrten Inventar-Tabs des Fähigkeitsbaums angezeigt wurden.
• Es wurde ein Problem behoben, das dazu geführt hat, dass Runen, die mit einigen Fertigkeiten der Schattenjägerin und des Artilleristen ausgerüstet waren, im Menü “Kampffertigkeiten” nicht richtig angezeigt wurden.
• Powerpässe und Geschenke bleiben bis auf Weiteres deaktiviert. Wir entschuldigen uns für die anhaltende Unterbrechung und werden euch sobald es geht ein Update zur Situation geben.

All Lost Ark servers and regions will be coming offline on Wednesday, August 10th at 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST for our weekly maintenance. Downtime is estimated to last up to 4 hours, and this update will include the following fixes and changes:

• Fixed an issue causing lock icons to be shown on unlocked Skill Tree Inventory tabs.
• Fixed an issue that caused Runes equipped on some Shadowhunter and Artillerist skills to not display properly in the Combat Skills menu.
