We are deciding how we can make up for the time the Punika Powerpass has been disabled; I am not sure what this offering will be yet.

If you’ve run into a case of a streamer being allowed to bypass our rules, please let me know. This is not something we do.

We’ll let you know when the Powerpasses are available again; in the meantime, I understand the frustration that the latest update didn’t provide any particularly new information, however, if there is no new information that I can share then I would rather let players know it is still being worked on then just let it fall to the wayside while we wait.

Hey everyone – we’ve seen a decline in the frequency of some of these errors following last week’s maintenance. We are still looking into this, and know it is by no means resolved, but it would be very helpful if you could let us know if you are still experiencing any SPELP/EAC errors, if the frequency has changed for you since the last update, if they are gone, if they are worse, if any changes at all have happened, etc. etc.

A new Ark Pass is not on the list for August unfortunately!

We will be getting it, I don’t have an ETA on when yet, but what I do know so far is it will function as it does in Korea, as will the shift of skill tree inventory slots:

In this new system, skill tree effects will transfer to a character instead of equipment. We will share full details about this change when it comes to our game, but in the meantime we wanted players to be aware that the the new system will not require skill tree inventory slots. Any Royal Crystals used to purchase these slots will not be refunded when the system changes, as these inventory slots will instead shift to provide functional benefits in the new system. Please be aware of this if you are considering buying additional skill tree slots prior to this change.

No – the downtime had an estimated downtime of approximately 4 hours, and although other servers came up first the downtime for Europe Central still fell within the announced window.

The 3-day holds were put in place to crack down on real-world fraudulent activity by gold sellers. It is working extremely well. If more players are deciding to RMT because of this (which I have not seen any indicator of), they have made a choice that will lead to them being banned. They are feeding into the gold selling ecosystem, encouraging botters and fraud. RMT is still against the rules, and always has been, regardless of other new restrictions put in place to wound those who are running it.

No, region merge are not something that the tech exists for, and it is not on the table; it would not even be possible to create by September if that was the selected path. We are going to be performing server merges in September, as stated in the latest Roadmap.

It is indeed frustrating, and I’m sorry we don’t have a solid update or solution yet. This is still being heavily explored and investigated, with lots of new tests being ran this week. I am hopeful that these will show us the results we need to put a new solution in place, and when that happens we will be screaming it from the rooftops as soon as possible.

(Jokes aside, I appreciate the humor in this. We’re intensely aware that the bunnies and their “owners” are back in full force, and we’re working to push back on new cheats and methods they’ve come up with.)
