Sabemos que todo el mundo quiere ver un roadmap que muestre qué contenido, cosmeticos y clases van a ser añadidos al juego. No sólo eso, sino también cúando van a llegar y en qué orden.

Para ello, estamos trabajando con Smilegate RPG para tomar las decisiones correctas en función de los los datos que nos proporciona nuestro análisis del juego más los comentarios que recopilamos de múltiples fuentes (foros, discord, redes sociales, internet en general) y planeamos compartir más información lo antes posible.

Hemos aprendido mucho desde el lanzamiento, estamos trabajando con nuestros desarrolladores en Smilegate RPG para identificar el futuro adecuado para nuestra version de Lost Ark y la forma en que nuestros jugadores lo están jugando. Estas decisiones están tomando más tiempo del que a nadie le gustaría, pero nuestro objetivo es tomar las mejores decisiones posibles para todos. Maselbart is not the only European CM, I’m also here (and I’m Spanish, by the way). We’re also in the process of hiring French and English native speakers Community Managers so we can cover our 4 officially supported languages during Europe day time.

After testing we have decided to hold on releasing the Heart of Madness update until Wednesday morning (3/30). This delay is caused by a bug found late and needs to be fixed before releasing the update.

Seguimos trabajando baneando bots y, aunque no puedo dar detalles especificos, si que puedo confirmar que los reportes dentro de juego son muy útiles. Quizás no veáis una acción inmediata porque recopilamos datos que nos ayuden a evitar su proliferación antes de tomar acciones contra cuentas especificas pero ningún reporte es ignorado.

Comme annoncé, chaque Drop Twitch réclamé en Europe Centrale avant le 8 mars à 8h59 CET a également été accordé sur Europe Ouest. Ce processus s’est achevé le 10 mars et tous ceux qui avaient un personnage existant sur n’importe quel serveur d’Europe Ouest ont reçu un deuxième examplaire de ce qu’ils avaient acquis en Europe Centrale. Ceci ne concerne que les joueurs ayant à la fois des personnages existants sur un serveur d’Europe Ouest et des Drops réclamés sur un serveur d’Europe Centrale (par exemple, les joueurs qui ont créé des personnages sur Europe Ouest après le 10 mars ne sont pas éligibles)

The event was supposed to be live during this past weekend but as you noticed it wasn’t. Because of this, we’ll extend the duration of the event by one weekend, so it will run until April 17th instead of April 10th, and you’ll be able to claim the first “3 Battle Items Chest” on Saturday

Tal y como anunciamos, todos los drops de Twitch reclamados en Europa Central antes del 8 de marzo a las 8:59am CET (7 de marzo a las 11:59pm PST) ha sido otorgado también en Europa Oeste. Este proceso se completó el 10 de marzo y cualquiera que tuviese un personaje en un servidor de Europa Oeste recibió los mismos drops que tuviera en Europa Central. Estos drops aadicionales estaban limitados a aquellos que tuvieran personajes ya existentes en Europa Oeste y drops reclamados en Europa Central antes de esa fecha, por lo que las cuentas cuyo primer personaje en Europa Oeste haya sido creado después del 10 de marzo no son elegibles para recibirlos.

As announced, every Twitch Drop claimed in Europe Central before March 7 at 11:59 PM PT (March 8 at 8:59 AM CET) was also granted in Europe West. This process was completed March 10 and everyone who had an existing character in any Europe West server received a 2nd set of what they’d acquired in Europe Central. This grant was limited to those with both existing Europe West characters and claimed drops in Europe Central (e.g. players who created characters in Europe West after March 10 aren’t eligible).
