Hey everyone!
I’m seeing alot of reports about matchmaking being down for all of NAE. Please list below which sever and what action you’re having probems with.

Sure I would, but I’d also be happy that someone who can talk to the devs is aware of an issue, asking for input/feedback, and trying to prioritize things so fixes can be pushed out as fast as they can.

We don’t ‘abandon’ the game on the weekends, but yes, most of us take the weekends off. Please be reasonable. There is a small team set in place for emergencies and while I understand this is an important priority for many of us, this isn’t something that can be fixed over night. We are aware and monitoring the queue issue that pops up over the weekend and will be diving deeper into Monday when the full team is back.

The forums are for feedback. I can’t ask a computer what a player experiences without asking the players what they are experiencing. No one is being forced to provide any information. Just figured while everyone is on here, angry about the queues that I’d ask.

That’s really all I ask… everyone’s feelings are valid. 100%. And I understand the anger, the frustration. I’m a gamer too, heck I love playing Lost Ark and I’m yelling at my PC too. So when things don’t go right, no one is having a good time. All I ask is for people to take just a second and think about what they are saying. If it was a perfect world, I’d give everyone a weeks heads up of downtime and the servers would behave and only break when allowed.

Sure, things breaking is expected but that’s the ‘fun’ in the tech world… it never breaks how you expect. I do apologize I was only able to give everyone 15min and the dev time is apologetic that a mistake was made for the ingame messaging to go out delayed. We’ve already made steps to prevent that in the future and will be meeting again on Monday to adjust our process so this doesnt happen again.

We will not be locking all servers and not all servers have a problem, some don’t even have a queue. Ever.

Apologies again everyone, I appreciate the kindness, I’m already speaking with some of the team that we need to fine tune our messaging, especially when it’s an urgent issue and there isn’t much time. We’re going to meet Monday and adjust. We agree that communication can be better and will do our best to make that happen.

As for tickets, please give the auto system 24-48 hours to reissue the ticket.
