It is a problem. We never said it wasn’t a problem. I don’t know how it couldn’t be a problem. But as I have no control over making decisions or even banning someone, I will do what I can and let the team know its a louder concern.
I’m sorry. I understand. It’s why I’m sometimes hesitant to comment on threads as it’s been a common theme… wanting CMs to have a definite response right away but we do have to go through the steps. We need to collect information (which is usually triggered by the post), present to the team, they do their thing and then result which the CMs then come back to you guys.
So, as mentioned, with this post triggering the conversation I will bring this to the team and have them realize its a bigger concern for the community.
No worries, I promise that the team very much agrees with you. We all want Lost Ark to go on for a very long time.

We hate the queues too. We really do and we completely agree. The queues help no one. The team was alerted last weekend to how badly they were creeping up. The week gave us a slight breather but the queues have shot up again over the weekend. We will be prioritizing the issue and looking into it.

I mean, they are one of the problems but we are aware that it’s easily not our only problem. We do recognize and have multiple teams looking into different issues of Lost Ark.

Sadly I don’t think it’s possible to ever create a pacing that would make everyone happy. Right under your thread is one yelling at us to provide more content asap. I would just like to recommend you and everyone on Lost Ark to please play at the pace they enjoy. There is no deadline, content is not going to just suddenly disappear.
No one is intentionally avoiding any posts, reminder it is the weekend and sometimes there is a delay on responses if any. Just because we don’t get a chance to comment doesn’t mean we don’t let the team know too.
As for the topic, RMT is a very serious issue that both AGS and SG are constantly battling along with the bots. Both remain illegal and highly recommended against.
I will let the team know that there is a concern over the repercussions and to look back into it.

Hey everyone! Thank you for all the notice, seems the NAE servers had a slight hiccup about two hours ago which has caused the shop to slowly come down, auras to disappear and more.
Please know that we’re currently looking into it. Feel free to list your server here just to reaffirm its just NAE at the moment.
EDIT: YOUR AURAS ARE NOT GONE NOR ARE YOUR CRYSTALS OR ANY SHOP ITEMS. (they are all tied together to one program that we’re fixing now)
Only one person currently going through the threads now. I’ll check it out. If I have anything I can say to add to the conversation, I’m happy to.
