Sure, I can quickly glance but understanding how long a queue takes is unknown to me at this time so this helps me prioritize what I need to let the devs know and which servers to look at first.
They do, but they don’t know to until they are told that they need to look. Not every server has a queue nor one that takes long.
With this information I can show which servers need to be addressed and prioritize by both how big the queue is and how long a queue takes to go through.
Absolutely not. Never said that, never will. The queue issue is huge. Hence why I’m currently collecting information on my other post and the devs are looking into it. Sadly it’s not as easy as a fix as restarting a service.
We are aware of the queues and take that seriously, afterall by your logic, that means people can’t get in to buy stuff
But what we actually do take seriously is players having access to the game they love, benefits that are on very specific timers that are tied to the shop and purchases they have made.
We do apologize for the quick restart, this was not planned and any notice that we could was given out. We will be striving in the future to be better about this but acknowledge that this can be frustrating.

No problem, I understand and you’re right, seeing posts disappear with legit concerns is well, concerning. I was just trying to funnel people to the right spot. Lessons learned!
Myself and the few CS do tend to handle things well late on the weekends, I just may not have handled this the best way such as hiding instead of just locking. Otherwise, we’re all good! Thank you for the feedback!
I’m really sorry about this guys, I know it can be extremely frustrating to be pulled from something you were doing. I’m huge on trying to get better communication out there.
There SHOULD have been a message posted in game with much more of a heads up, but there was a mistake made by the team that handles that. I’ll touch base with them and go over it again to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
I post to the forums and discord, which I know is not the best place for fast communication but just so everyone is aware of where I can post.

Shockingly it’s one of our quietest overall. I like to think it’s because people are playing instead of hanging out on the forums like they do during the week.
And there are quite a few systems in place to let us know when something is breaking. Even with the CS helping spread the word, its still too many threads where information might get jumbled.
