Nobody's intelligence is being insulted. The example you posted shows nothing at all about any form of income reduction. We explained in detail within the changelog what the changes related too and made clear that they do not reduce income.
If you believe something is incorrect, and have evidence to show both pre and post patch that something has changed into the negative with identical performance in both games, please feel free to submit a bug report and we can check things out with the developers.

Some parts of the major update changelog are being misinterpreted:
No vehicles in game are currently supposed to have the Radar lead indicator. We made this clear in the previous major update when the Viggen was added that actually had the functionality in realty.
it was a bug for the A-4 and A-7E to have it and was patched out.
It was never sold or advertised with this feature in the blog or store page as it was never intended to have it.

A Volumatic mantlet has not yet been properly activated and configured, thus this was a temporary fix to bring its values up whilst its corrected.

There are no photos or evidence of the German Bis having integrated flares like the Soviet one. You will need to provide evidence of that if you think it's true. The fact it's a modified Bis does not mean it had all the Soviet flare features too.

We already explained this when the Viggen was launched. The reasoning has not changed.
