Passed for consideration does not mean it's going to be implemented. It means exactly what it says. It's been passed for the developers to consider.

We don't have any immediate plans for this aircraft and it's very unlikely to ever come as it was never completed or even flew with Germany.

We haven't hyped anything 4th gen. That was all done by other players in this topic and why we repeatedly be asked people to take it to the correct discussion topics.

We constantly expand all ranks of the game. Any movement up does not mean there can't or won't be lower rank additions.

Its a, the R/4 is not being removed from the game, but the store for now. Those that have it, keep it and its possible it could return in some form in the future. But nothing is confirmed.

Doesn't really mean much. Its been the case before for other trees and other positions.

If we see them, then we stop them. It gets a bit hard to see them when people spam 10 pages of off topic discussion that could easily have been in more appropriate topics for the time being.

I dont suspect you or anyone here of anything. But if you say something that we think may mislead people, we will correct it.

Its not being removed from those that have it and there is always a chance it can come back in other forms thats not a store back in the future.

Something being in the files is meaningless. Things have been in the files for years and mean no indication at all. This is just the same.

People wanting to see them and wishlisting them is not a rumor. Rumors come from news, Q & A, comments, datamines and other offical outlets.

Picking a bunch of planes all totally unconfirmed and then discussing them for 10+ pages does not make them a rumor.

We have topics for discussing those planes. This topic is for the next major and things within it. So far we have had 1 blog today on HMS Liverpool.

If you want to discuss those aircraft, thats entirely fine, but as I said there are topics for it.

Yes and its been discussed already here extensively. It does not mean this topic becomes a dumping ground for every possible aircraft that can be named.

As I said, topics exist for those aircraft and if you want to have such discussions, you can take them there.
