This is an export manual, referring to what appears to be the Czech armament. This is not reflective of the Soviet MLs armament. The premium version coming to the game is Soviet.

Also regarding your second point, the F-4F had no capability to fire the AIM-7. That's not an excuse, it physically could not, as this was deliberately removed for the German air force versions.

AIM-9L and R-60M are not directly comparable other than the fact they are all aspect. AIM-9L is significantly better than R-60M. The price is indicative of the rank, as they are all the same at Rank VII.

I cannot fully clarify anything on the countermeasures yet as the pod is not ready. However as I explained, we are not changing the system for how we calculate the split between Flare / Chaff as far as im aware. So it will be calculated the same way as everything else has been.

The MLD also moved to Rank VIII as the EJ did. BR changes will again be possible based on how things progress. But at the moment, the Phantoms sit where they ideally level at their BRs.

The EJ Kai is being upgraded to become Japans Rank 8 for now. The UK is planned to receive a new top fighter in a later patch. So as I have explained already, the devs do not plan to give the FGR.2/FG.1 or F-4F AIM-9L because they all currently level out at their respective BRs. Both Germany and the UK will receive new top fighters in a future update.

Pretty much everything Japan has left at top tier air wise is of foreign design origin but with domestic input. But they are not coming this patch, so its too soon to talk about that.

It was capable of AIM-9G and for balance purposes that's what it will receive. AIM-9Ls would make it instantly better than the tech tree Phantoms.

Drop tanks are very much WIP at the moment for select aircraft. Its possible they will be expanded upon later. As we have already said, the outer wing countermeasures are also being worked on.

Not all vehicles are final for the patch at the moment. But if something comes, it will be within the notes.
