If you're on Blackbird, there is noticeable lag that we are addressing now with a server restart. What you're noticing with potion regen lag could be associated. Let us know if it continues after Blackbird comes back online.

    Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours 15 minutes.

    Its unfortunate that you are not able to re-enter after being disconnected. Any chance you could request a fix @sunshine ?

    Lineage II, Lineage II Classic, and Lineage Aden are only available to North America, South America, and Oceania. Please be sure that your launcher is connect to the correct region, and then try again.

    They're usually resolved within 72 hours (3 days). If that doesn't seem to be the case, tag me here with your ticket number and I'll follow up on my end.

    This is no good! Try getting a hold of Customer Support through email at  [email protected]. They should be able to help you log into your account, and help change your pin. Good luck!

    I've escalated this issue to our Customer Support team. Please let me know if you continue to have issues with acquiring your Aden Launch Packs.

    [UPDATE 10:35 am PT]

    Customer Support assures us that they're addressing the tickets for this issue. Some of these purchases may have triggered fraud alerts, which means the Fraud Team has to manually investigate/review/approve purchases that trigger these high-risk alerts. They ask that you continue to report any issues directly to Customer Support in case there's any other impacting issue.
