you need to collect it from the shop before it leaves, which should be 7 days later.

it's the reason why a lot of gaming companies/platforms do their updates on a tuesday (PS4, Xbox etc) - stuff is likely to break in some unforeseen way and you have the week to crunch out a fix before the heavy traffic at the weekend.
it's just a common sense decision 😅

if you manage to get the LKC before the update drops you will still get another LKC anyways on the 31st, it will be able to be claimed from the shop. so might be worth spending a few gems on sunday night if you're still not there!

Drew you said the tool we would be given for leadership for clan war management was the fame ranking in clan. If as you say members don’t get fame for other river tasks while the boat is damaged then that’s makes the fame ranking even more inaccurate tool for leaders to monitor war activity! Please can you put forward request to incorporate additional tools for leadership to help manage the clan as, as it stands now it will be an absolute taxing nightmare! For eg: current wars at least show daily 1/3 for collection battles to shows what they’ve done. There’s also daily nudges. Even these indications would be more than what it seems is being released with this more involved war system.
it shows the repair rewards from clan members also!
we do want to improve clan tools in a future update and would love to have some clan leaders give their feedback when it comes to it.
Great post here! The 66 decks for a boat repair has me feelin a little worried though, ngl.
you also get repair rewards for river tasks (instead of fame) while the boat is damaged. so you dont have to 'waste' your decks if you wanna play duel etc
Why are there no subtitles?
waiting for subtitles can slow down a videos release and in this case i didnt think it was going to be a globally highly watched video. we were still editing up til around 9pm last night and 7 mins of subs transcript in 22 languages would need a few days most likely!
i do make a point of getting subtitles for as many videos as possible however it just wasn't feasible for this one without delaying it.
i've instructed our local community managers to release blog posts this week with localised text versions of the Q&A so other languages don't miss out.
i didn't remove it... sometimes youtube randomly unpins things :(

Removing quests bc CWII rewards are buffed. Smh. Can't you keep those rewards too Drew? I liked my easy quest points tho I guess they are ridding the 2v2 arena of the play spells or play 1/2 elixir partners.
quest completion rate is absurdly low for the value the quests give you.
we hope that by putting these rewards in clan wars 2 chests instead, it will allow people to actually get these rewards!

we have a plan for this but off the top of my head i can't remember it.i will ask tomorrow when people are back at work and let you know!
