When we made a call for feedback about what events people would like to see happen within April, the requests were quite varied and a "normal weekend" was amongst them.

We hear that sort of feedback, we were looking at options for the Star Wars Celebration Weekend (12th/14th) but decided it is best to have it as an open weekend with just double XP. I don't see that as a gimmick, but rather an incentive for those that are just jumping into the game - and well, it's fairly normal for those that have been playing for some time too.

I'd say this calendar overall is possibly the least chaotic it has been, and last month we had a lot of XP events too.

Excitement is building.

We asked the community what events they'd like to see this month, Jetpack Cargo and Heroes Unleashed.

We tried to make them happen for this month but we ran into a few issues. Jetpack Cargo would require a client update which needs more planning in order to happen. HU would be really aggravating with the issues we've got going on with one hero in particular.

We're aware of the requests for these two though, we'll try get them active once again in the future.

This is just me ensuring that we keep things upto date for when/if we do begin our Live Community Transmissions project. We haven't explicitly stated that we won't do them, just that there needs to be a clear reason to do them (and not just for the sake of doing it)

Not at the moment, we're working on more paint acquisition - would the community want them on GA?

If the community want's them on other maps, I will have to speak to my superiors and get some more paint out to my fellow droids. But we will have to see what the people want first.
