We have worked with Smilegate to get a fix for the Aura of Resonance not resetting correctly issue. We are working to get this deployed as soon as possible, however, this will also necessitate a downtime for all regions to release this fix.
As this is a necessary fix for all regions and to reduce potential confusion of opening the server and taking them down shortly after the current plan is that we are going to hold back on opening EU ...

Our server team is telling me that we are looking at an estimated 3.5 hours remaining of downtime to complete the merge and update for EU Central.

From what it sounds like, this is not only against Code of Conduct and should be reported via in game reporting for our Game Moderation team to review, but also highly dangerous.
I know I don’t have to say it, but please don’t ever give your account information to another person. Not only is it against TOS and Code of Conduct, but it is also bananas level risky. Using a third party system to allow a person to control your PC is even more dangerous. Please don’t let people do this and report the people who are advertising that they do.
Apologies for my ignorance, but I am hearing a new term today that I think I understand based on context, but want to double check:
What are ‘pilot carries’ ?
Like the Code of Conduct says, ban evasion isn’t tolerated. Not in game, and not in the community. When the Game Moderation team finds out about ban evasion, they act on it just like how when our Community Moderation team finds out about ban evasion, they act on it.
Bans are only one way we handle the bot situation and like F2P said above:
That is why bans aren’t the only tool in our toolbox. Our teams are constantly working out new ways to address the bot situation. I can’t share with you how it is done because we don’t want to clue in bot makers on how our systems work, but I can assure you that we are constantly working to quell the bots.

Unfortunately gifting was disabled due to some issues the feature was experiencing. We don’t currently have an ETA for when the feature will be reenabled, but when we do we will be sure to share it!
