Si eres residente de Arkesia en Mari / Valtan (US-West) y Azena (US-East), habrás visto que ha habido colas a lo largo del día. Hemos reducido la capacidad total de jugadores debido a problemas con la actualización mensual. Estamos trabajando para solucionarlos y esperamos poder aumentar la capacidad de jugadores al nivel normal al final de esta actualización.

Das heutige Update wird ein paar der Probleme beheben, die seit dem April-Update aufgetreten sind. Die Ausfallzeit beginnt am 23.04 um 09:00 und wird ungefähr 3 Stunden dauern.

Wenn du in Arkesia in Mari / Valtan (US-West) und Azena (US-Ost) wohnst, kann es sein, dass du über den ganzen Tag verteilt Warteschlangen bemerkst. Wir haben die Gesamtkapazität der Spieler wegen den Problemen im monatlichen Update reduziert. Wir arbeiten daran, diese kritischen Probleme zu beheben und hoffen, dass wir die Spielerkapazität nach diesem Update wieder auf den normalen Stand bringen können.

La mise à jour de ce soir résoudra certains des problèmes rencontrés depuis la sortie de la mise à jour d’avril. Les serveurs seront indisponibles le 23 avril à partir de 9h et pendant environ 3 heures.
Si vous jouez à Lost Ark sur les serveurs Mari / Valtan (US-West) et Azena (US-East), vous pourrez constater la présence de files d’attente durant la journée. Nous avons réduit la capacité maximale de joueurs en raison de problèmes dans la mise à jour mensuelle. Nous travaillons à la résolution de ces problèmes majeurs et espérons que la capacité maximale de joueurs reviendra à la normale après cette mise à jour.

Tonight’s update will address some of the issues we’ve seen since the release of the April Update. The downtime will start at 12am PT / 7am UTC April 23rd and is scheduled to run for 3 hours.

If you’re a resident of Arkesia in Mari / Valtan (US-West) and Azena (US-East), you may notice queues throughout the day. We reduced the overall player capacity due to issues in the monthly update. We are working to address these critical issues and hope to increase player capacity back to normal after this update.

I know that frustrations are high. The issue that is causing the delay was only found and confirmed today.

We know it sucks having something you are waiting for get delayed right before you got to experience it. The team is working to get the issue resolved and we will update everyone when we have more information.

During final testing for the April Update our QA team found some critical issues, requiring us to delay the April update while we work to resolve them. We know this comes as a disappointment, as we’re excited for both South Vern and the Glavier to arrive in Arkesia. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues and release the April Update.
