We have identified all players who received a below expected amount of Coins Of Courage during their time participating in PvP prior to our fix last night. The compensation is being rewarded via the United Storage which can be found by opening up the Guide section menu. It will be the top most selection in the list. If you do not see it, you may need to switch characters before it pops up. Once claimed, it will be automatically added to your existing Coins Of Courage currency.

Our team has been tracking issues with Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins causing characters to be stuck in an endless loading screen. We have been able to reproduce this issue internally and are currently working to get a fix to resolve it. Due to the ease of recreating this problem, we will be locking down both Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins from entrance to help prevent users from experiencing the endless loading screen. If you attempt to do either of these pieces of content, you will see an error similar to the screenshot below.

The team is still investigating, but if you are stuck and can’t seem to recover from the loading screen I have been instructed to direct you folks to reach out to our Support Team via webticket here. They have found some success manually getting folks unstuck, so please be patient and work with them while our team works to sort this issue out.

All Lost Ark servers and regions will be brought offline tonight, May 26th at 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST for a regularly scheduled weekly maintenance and update. Downtime is estimated to last up to 5 hours and will be implementing the following fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing players to receive the incorrect quantity of Coins of Courage upon completing a PvP match
  • Our team is also in the process of identifying users who have received the incorrect number of Coins of Courage after our monthly update and compensating the difference between what was earned and what should have been earned. This is a more manual process and will take a few additional days. We appreciate your patience while we work through this for you!

Tonight’s update will address some of the issues we’ve seen since the release of the May Update. The downtime will start at 12am PT / 7am UTC May 21st and is scheduled to run for 4 hours.

Fixes in this update include:

• Fixed an issue where Ealyn and Sasha’s affection rapport tiers were missing
• Fixed an issue causing the “/Dance” command to not work when sent in chat.
• Fixed an issue allowing the Destroyer to open the Platinum Complimentary Skin Chest, granting no items.
• Fixed an issue where the counter effect line wasn’t shown for the Sorceress’ Ice Shower skill
• Fixed an issue causing the Absolute Strength tripod on the Destroyer’s Perfect Swing skill to not deal any bonus damage
• Fixed an issue blocking players from honing gear past +15 with a character currently participating in the Super Express event.
