Sabemos cuál es la raíz del problema y estamos trabajando para corregirla. Mientras trabajamos en esto, estamos baneando a aquellos jugadores que se aprovechen del error. Como medida de precaución, hemos deshabilitado el comercio entre jugadores. Lo volveremos a habilitar tan pronto como sea posible junto con el arreglo.

Tackling RMT is something that is highly complex and constantly being worked on. Our Game Moderation teams are constantly identifying and actioning against both RMT buyers as well as sellers. The methods used are complex and not something we can strictly talk about currently as we don’t want to expose how we go about finding these folks so they can’t adapt as easily or quickly.

While the work is not easy we will continue to strive and improve our detection and moderation methods. We don’t want RMTers in Lost Ark either.

I’m getting to the root of what is going on now. Hang tight!

Heroes of Arkesia,

All Lost Ark servers and regions will be taken offline on Wednesday, September 21st at 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST for our weekly maintenance. Downtime is estimated to last up to 4 hours and includes the following fixes:

• Fixed an issue where +20% event books were not selectable in the honing menu
  • Availability of these books has been extended to October 12th compensate for the time they were not available for use
• Filtering Lord chat in Strongholds through chat tab settings will now function as intended.
• Fixed an issue where whispering to a friend on a different server within your region was causing an “Unknown Error” message to appear
• Fixed an issue where setting a Schedule Notification for content, the notifications are now saved after going to character select or relaunching Lost Ark

Todos los servidores y regiones de Lost Ark se desconectarán para el mantenimiento y actualización semanal el miércoles 21 de septiembre a las 9:00 AM CEST. El mantenimiento durará unas 4 horas e incluirá los siguientes arreglos:

• Hemos solucionado el problema con los libros de acabado de los eventos de +20% que antes no podían seleccionarse en el menú de acabado.
  • La disponibilidad de estos libros se ha extendido hasta 12 de octubre como compensación por el tiempo que no estuvieron disponibles.
• El filtro del canal de chat de señores de las fortalezas con la pestaña de ajustes del chat ahora funciona correctamente.
• Se ha arreglado el error que se producía al susurrar a un amigo en un servidor diferente de tu región.
• Se ha solucionado el problema al programar notificaciones de contenido. Ahora las notificaciones sí se guardan al seleccionar personaje o reiniciar el juego.

alle Lost Ark-Server und Regionen werden am Mittwoch, den 21. September um 9:00 Uhr für unser wöchentliches Update offline gehen. Die Wartungspause wird schätzungsweise bis zu 4 Stunden dauern und folgende Änderungen beinhalten:

• Ein Problem, bei dem die +20% Event-Bücher nicht im Verstärken-Menü ausgewählt werden konnten, wurde behoben.
  • Die Bücher sind jetzt bis zum 12. Oktober verfügbar, um die Zeit zu entschädigen, in der sie nicht erhältlich waren.
• Das Filtern des “Fürsten-Chats” in Festungen (über die Chat-Tab-Einstellungen) funktioniert jetzt wie vorgesehen.
• Ein Problem, bei dem das Flüstern mit einem Freund (auf einem anderen Server, aber in der gleichen Region) die Meldung “Unbekannter Fehler” verursacht hat, wurde behoben.
