REACT Credits do not transfer across platforms but the things you buy with them do.
So if you earn 120 RC playing on Xbox and switch to PC, those RC will not be there.
But if you purchase a skin on Xbox, it SHOULD be in your inventory when you load up on PC as well thanks to Cross Progression.
Obviously make sure you are always using the same Ubisoft Account.

If this is the issue affecting some Xbox users where the game stutters/freezes then there is a fix for this expected in the next patch.

You might have cross-play disabled in your console settings. If you’re on Xbox, go to online safety & family from the general tab Select Privacy & online safety. Select Xbox Live privacy. Select View details & customize. Select Communication & multiplayer. Under You can play with people outside Xbox Live, select Allow

You will not be missing out on anything by not playing it if you are afraid of the FF issues.
The Crisis Events will not have FF and the first one is called Spillover.

I can't give much more insight other than remember that every time an Operator goes MIA, they end up in an Arch Tree. A tree that just so happens to share similarities with both trees and actual humans themselves.
Also remember that time flows differently in the Singularity. 3 weeks might seem like 3 minutes to those inside the Singularity itself.
I hope veteran mode will be a permanent addition to all game modes and not a limited event!

Edit: will we be losing leftover ammo in clips when reloading? Will be so good, its not uncommon to end games with 1000s of rounds remaining.
Yes, it will have realistic reloading and if I’m not mistaken, reduced supplies in general.
