The higher level upgrade materials should drop/be placed in Chests in higher level areas and you cannot get them in the early level zones.

Looks like we posted at the same time there! We are aware of this occurring with the Left Hand bound to RMB and this is something the team are looking into.

If you are seeing this all the time, please make sure you have been through the connection troubleshooting ...

Would you be able to provide a video of that? Are you able to load a different save slightly before first accepting the follow up?

One step that can sometimes work, is trying to nudge them or push them by running into them.

Are there no Bandits in the camp when you arrive? There should be some dialogue from Sigurd and then when you dock it should play a Cutscene.

Are you able to Dock or get of the ship or are you stuck on it?

One thing we'd certainly advise, if you haven't already is reloading an older save and clearing your consoles cache with a power cycle.
