We are working on getting that issue resolved, hopefully that can be addressed soon and let you try to continue with this potential workaround.

@tanja201089 Apologies for our delayed response. Are you still unable to access the content? Does it show in the Ready to Install area for the game?

For the other users in this thread, we've had some reports that this can be caused due to a need to update the password on your Ubisoft account. We would advise trying that if you haven't already, as that can help with this issue.

Opal purchases cannot be reversed, they are permanent once made and are then on the account.

We are aware of reports Zealots being missing or dead and this is something the team are currently looking into.

One user mentioned that the Zealot turned up for them after speaking with Tonna during the The Kingmaker's Saga. Have you already passed this point in the game?

@prophetefurry I passed on this feedback to the Team, but we've not had any further information around that.

As this doesn't appear to be a bug, rather an intended choice, it may be considered by the team, but there's not a guarantee it will be changed.

@snupster Thank you for providing that.

So from another user who mentioned this it seemed to be due to a cutscene not loading for them.

The first thing we'd advise, if you haven't already, is verifying your game files. This will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this by clicking the menu under the game icon in the Games list.

You should be able to grab it just to the right of the table if you smash the crates there, as helpfully mentioned by @Abeonis

One thing to try, if you haven't already is creating a New Manual save, then loading that Save and trying to see if the same thing happens or if it's due to the current Save slot.
