So this is known issue with that ability, where it can cause the weapon to drop from your hands and then not be in your inventory. This is something the team are currently looking into at the moment.

Just to confirm the Sword is gone from the inventory or just invisible in the hand?

Are you duel wielding it, and do you have the Dual Swap ability? If so this can cause issues where the weapon is dropped.

We are aware of the issues with Duplicate Armor pieces and this is currently being looked into.

For the issues with the 'Miracle' event, would you be able to provide us with a video or screenshot of the state it is currently in, where you cannot interact with the old man?

Did this occur after having died a few times on this boss fight? If so, then this is something that we are aware of and is currently being looked into.

Did you take a break at any point from fighting them or was it immediate retries before this occurred?
