The development team have been taking a closer look at your report, and would like to collect some additional information.
Can you let us know if you've tried pledging to Jorvik by speaking to Randvi? You'll need to hover over the city on the map to select it.
If you're unable to pledge to Jorvik, can you please send us a video that shows you interacting with Randvi to view the Alliance Map, and that you are unable to select Jorvik to pledge to.
I would recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform...
