Yeah its was a glitch after an enemy player was revived on the same revival spot as me, I was on the spot then they revived the enemy player, then when I was revived I was in 3rd person.

Would you be able share an image showing that the mission is showing as completed, but that you didn't level up a tier?

When you were disconnected, did you receive any error messages? If so, could you let me know what the message was?
