As long as you're asking, a lot of attributes don't show as maxed when they are. Notably: repair skills on gloves, rate of fire on LMGs, etc. I'll see if I can get a full list later today of the attributes I have maxed (I'm down to just a few weapon attributes to max out).
Do they not show as maxed in the Recalibration library, the inventory screen, or the weapon screen? Any additional info you can provide is super helpful, even if it's just a bit of UI weirdness like the link shared in another reply.
Thanks for the video showing this timing oddity. What other skills have you noticed it with, if any? I've seen in the comments comparisons to the Incinerator Turret which has the toggle on/off states that burn through the duration significantly faster... rather than a more standard duration.

cool. I haven't completed the Phoenix Down Apparel content and I don't think I'll have time to complete it in time. Does that mean it's not worth getting those with real money (i.e. credits)?
Not fixed. Just ran Pathway with some mates and had a second Kajika spawn at the end fight after getting his health to zero in the previous area. Ghost Kajika even stuck around after we killed his double, don't think he was very happy with us.
Which area or stage of the fight did you kill the first Kajika in and did the second one behave normally? Like were they both running around and still acting like NPCs?
Also, what difficulty were you playing on?
Please pass this on to the dev team, it's annoying af.
Notable offenders: throwers, controllers, and wireless operators. Every other archetypes are fine.

We plan on more directly addressing the 'rainbow rolls' with TU11 in the near future.
You don't need to. If anything you need to keep rainbows and just change the chances because for people who actually BUILD rainbows can fill spaces really well
There's definitely a balancing act between still allowing hybrid-drops to exist while not making it a statistical rarity to get a monochrome piece.
We've been watching the different conversations around rainbow loot closely and are keeping multiple player-groups of feedback in mind. :)

I did run a legendary 2 times in row and got 0 luck with godrolls while my friends got multiple. You should imo think about putting in a badluck protection for loot, so if your loot isnt godroll, it should up the chance slightly. Imo it have worked great in other looter games like WoW and GW.
No official announcements on a TU11 date just yet, though we'll be pretty loud about it when we have more concrete timing to share.
As for the luck protection, it's not a bad idea. I'd mainly be curious about your view of how often should one expect to get a perfectly god-rolled item?

I would like to state this: the footage above was recorded on July 16, several days before TU10.1 went live. This glitch is probably fixed as of today.
Please let us know if you come across this again following TU10.1.

They did up the rolls a bit but they didnt fix the rainbow shit. All the godrolls i got have been rainbow so far. And i've gotten 10+ since tu10.1

Though I am glad to hear your rolls have been improving after TU10.1, even if they're not all usable due to the rainbow-ness.
