Correct - that's the Purifier Face Mask completion reward from the Season 1 Apparel Event: Urban Jungle. It is currently no longer obtainable in-game.

That's a bit of an odd line to get from the NPC. Did this happen as you first walked onto 61 or closer to when you were leaving?

Better late than never to learn this little tidbit. Be sure to use it with the current Global Event, since it'll transfer your Exposure to all nearby enemies with a pulse.

Hey bluebird, could you provide a bit more context for this? Did the Exotic have damage, then upon logging in it had none? What source did you get the Exotic from? WAs it Reconfigured? Does it deal 0 damage in the Firing Range and in live combat or is it just a UI error?

We're not mad just disappointed because of the time that was wasted and the loot that was lost because of this, and yes we also lost the project for the exotic chest piece and the our friend didn't get any of the apparel items.

No they didnt say that. They say its a minimum, and that is roughly 50-60% rolls. It can go all the way up the max rolls.

Thanks for the breakdown here. There's been a lot of confusion over Heroic vs. Legendary loot quality plus the individual attribute vs. overall item power rolls whenever talk about loot quality comes up.

I'll keep an eye out for possible reports of Reconfigured Exotics not behaving in line with loot quality expectations in TU11 though, just in case.

Overcharge can only come from sources that specifically say they can grant overcharge. Flat Skill Tier increases like Cores, the new named KARD pistol, and Technician Spec don't qualify.

As some others in here have said, TU11 was mainly focused on changing up how attributes are rolled/weighted (to reduce Rainbow Loot), not the values of rolls (we did that back in TU10.1).

I appreciate the detailed response! It does definitely seem to fit loosely into several different types of builds, but for all those loadouts there's a better option instead of the Ridgeway.

The suggestion to increase the range is more common, but I've added your specific point about the range/regen relationship to my notes on the Exotic as well! :)

Hey No_Absolution, do you recall what happened in order to cause the shield to deploy/remain deployed in the BoO? Is the agent with the shield able to move and/or swap out skills?

I dont "THINK" it's bad, im not theory crafting or imagining how it would work in some imaginative situation. I "KNOW" its bad, from personal experience and live gameplay from having played it on the PTS with all god rolled gear.

Just for more context with this, what type of build were you using Ridgeway's Pride with on the PTS - and what kind of content?
