I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play, what happens when you attempt to start the game? Are you able to load into the main menu or does the game crash on launch?

I understand you said you've sent in a ticket for this as well, could you post the case number to me so I can take a look? Also, about what date was it that you had to ALT+F4 the game and this started?

When creating your ticket, what was the case number you received? Were you able to update that ticket with the results of the System File Checker?

Hey @xlastovi,

I'm sorry to hear this happened again. Were you able to pick up the cache with one agent, but not the other ones you have? If so, what is the name, gender, level, and time played on that character that was able to get the cache?

After reading your previous post regarding the disconnects you experienced, this notification issue could have occurred due to that. Are you saying that you have duplicate items now, or are the items just showing as new?
